As we rebrand our website, it feels only right to take a moment to reflect on how far Rugby All-Stars has come over the past five years and to share the exciting direction we are heading in next.
What began as small weekend rugby sessions designed to bridge the gap between beginners’ rugby and club rugby has now evolved into a nationwide programme. From our early days in Oxfordshire, we now deliver sessions in schools and communities across Nottinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Worcestershire, and beyond.
The past few years have seen an incredible rise in rugby’s popularity, from the Women’s Rugby World Cup inspiring thousands of new supporters, to the exciting rebrands across both Premiership and Championship rugby. There’s real rugby fever in the air, and we are proud to play our part in growing the game and inspiring the next generation.
Evolving Our Programme
Originally created as a pathway for young children, Rugby All Stars has expanded to offer a wide range of services. Alongside our school and community sessions, we now deliver specialised coaching and 1-to-1 sessions across the country, supporting over 50+ players of all ages, abilities, and club backgrounds.
Whether it’s helping a player sharpen their core skills, improve fitness, or push towards academy selection, our team of dedicated coaches is passionate about unlocking every player’s potential. Passing on our knowledge and experience to the next generation is what drives us every single day.
Ambassadors & Supporters
We are incredibly grateful for the support of our amazing ambassador team, featuring British & Irish Lions, internationals, and Premiership legends! Whose backing continues to elevate the programme and inspire our players.
We are also thrilled to announce our first official sponsor, JMS Fire & Security, whose logo proudly features on both our coaches’ and players’ shirts. Jason and the JMS team share our belief in giving children greater opportunity through sport, and we are delighted to have them as partners for the upcoming season. 👉 Check out JMS Fire & Security here.
What’s Next
It’s hard to summarise five years of growth in one blog, but our next chapter is about expanding opportunity even further.
In-school and after-school sessions: Rugby and multi-sport options available across the UK.
Birthday parties: We will run and organise everything from fun sports games to helping you find the perfect venue.
Club Performance Days (PCDs): Designed for grassroots rugby clubs and coaches, combining player and coach development. We will focus on technical skills, session design, S&C, nutrition, and speed work, all built around your club’s needs.
We have loved every step of the Rugby All Stars journey so far, and we’re just getting started. Thank you to everyone who has supported us: players, parents, schools, clubs, and partners. Here’s to the next five years of growth, development, and unforgettable rugby moments.
